PKMN Testing Documents

So this is currently a simple little medical document prop I made for a r/PokeMedia post. Right now It's just one page, but I'm thinking I'm going to expand on it in the future.  There are definitely better ways it could be made, but I was never intending for this to be for anyone but me, until other's started asking for it.

Just download the file and edit the fields and charts as needed. There's a lot of jargon on non-canon stuff on here, so feel free to edit it to make more sense in your RP/lore. Quick run through whats on here and why.

• This chart is currently filled out for a Decidueye
• Top is general patient info, along with a Quasartico Medical logo
• Top left is a metabolic and blood work
• Top Right is a Type Chart, showing the levels of energy in each type. This and anything involving pokemon energy is intentionally vague and confusing to really sell the medical paper vibe, thus all the types being abbreviated.
• Below that is EVs and IVs, filled out exactly how they would be in game
• Bottom left is general info on a bunch of qualities.
• Bottom right is a chart showing weaknesses, resistances, and immunity, but with acronyms that sound more scientific

Currently the project is only available as a downloadable ODT file (OpenDocument Text) which should be openable in pretty much any text editor, but I don't know for sure. I haven't used anything but OpenOffice or LibreOffice since in the last decade.
